Zizzy is in search of dishes that no one has eaten before! Traveling the world to hunt dangerous monsters and cook them. But she can't do it alone!Thus, The Cat's Paw was opened! We hold a monster hunt and tavern night each month. Zizzy will cook up whatever we catch to warm your belly! Expect combat RP and social RP.Most Hunts are public and you do not have to be in the FC to become a hunter of The Cat's Paw. Or you could join the FC for the full experience! Our FC headquarters is The Cat's Paw fishing lodge, located in the culinary capital of limsa, a melting pot of spices and dishes from various ports. Equipped with our very own submarine for underwater hunts or travel to other ports. And what better way to relax after a hunt, than enjoying a custom cocktail at our steampunk bar.

When Ishgard opened it's doors Zizzy saw it as an opportunity to hunt down new recipes in the cold and harsh environment. Thus, The Cat's Paw hunting lodge was opened! Our original location and main tavern for tavern nights. Critters tend to be fatter in this winter land, and fat is flavor! But watch for the skies, for monstrous dragons also roam the land.

Cookbook

Monsters hunted and cooked so far!

slime ice pudding

Gelato Slime, whisk thoroughly with Dodo eggs and Aldgoat milk, dash of vanilla extract, flash freeze before topping with strawberries.

dodo roast

Slow roast dodo over an open fire. Mix dried bread, nuts, and fruit, blended with several savory spices for dodo stuffing. Stuff dodo, finish roast, plate with fresh fruit.

Moss dragon steak

Remove poison glands from moss dragon meat and sautee meat. Thinly slice popotoes and eft tails, bake in a creamy white sauce for papoto gratin. Serve with knights bread, la noscean lettuce and dzemael tomatos.

Tarantula hawk pancakes

Mix upland wheat flour, dodo eggs, and elder nutmeg for pancake batter. Whisk thoroughly for extra fluffiness and fry with butter. Serve with fresh pot of raw tarantula hawk honey.

wiscent beef stew

Dice popotos, carrots, wild onion. Toss in beef broth, add night milk and butter, stir and bring to a boil. Cut wiscent buffulo sirloin into beef cubes, braise and leave to simmer in broth, add black pepper to taste.

Dhamel hot pot

Add chives, porcini mushrooms, and other seasonal vegatables. Boil vegatable broth and add oriental soy Sauce to taste. Slice dhamel meat thinly, plate seperately and serve with steamed rice.

lava toad legs

Knead dravanian paprika and dragon peppers into toad legs. Add same spices, along with basil, thyme, and wild onions into stew. Fry snails in separate pan with butter and garlic. Top off stew with dodo egg and serve hot.

Raptor tacos

Marinate raptor meat with dravanian paprika, dragon peppers, and blood peppers. Wrap in Ja Tiika banana leaves and leave it to steam. Toast tortilla flatbread and place meat on top. Top off with wild onions and lettuce.
